RUST PROOFING Live near the ocean or go off road ?

Live near the ocean or go off road ?

The photo shows what can happen within a few years on an unprotected surface, far outweighing the cost of preventative treatment.

Rust is a naturally occurring chemical reaction which forms with a combination of moisture , salty air and oxidization.

All vehicles have a high gloss finish which protects its exterior to a degree , but internally and underneath there is only a splash of colour for visual purposes only and is not designed for protection.

Conventional rustproofing provides a permanent shield , sealing internal and external metal from corrosion.

TOPSIDE RUSTPROOFING

A pliable material which never dries and stays flexible with temperature change. Sprayed into internal seams , box sections, sills and panels from window level down.

Trims are removed where necessary or sprayed through factory access holes.

UNDERBODY RUSTPROOFING

A bitumen based material which when dry has a hard exterior (to prevent sand abrasion and stone chipping) while staying flexible underneath.

Sprayed to the underside of vehicle including box sections , chassis and fittings.
